Billing and Booking
* A $300 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to reserve an event space.
* Half the total Bill is Due 14 Days Prior to Event Along with the Guaranteed Head Count and Menu Selections.
* Final Payment is Due on the Day of the Event. Additional Charges May Be Added Based on Additional Guests, Liquor and/ or Food Needs. Charges Reflect Guaranteed Number of Guests or Number of Guests in Attendance, Whichever is Higher.
* Prices are Non-negotiable and Do Not Include a 20% Gratuity Charge and 8.06% Sales Tax.
* We Accept All Major Credit Cards and Cash. No Checks Please.
* No Outside Food or Drink is Allowed to Be Brought Into the Clubhouse with the Exception of Wedding/Birthday Cakes or Candy.
* Indian Tree Abides By All Alcohol and Beverage Control, City and State Laws and Prohibits Outside Alcohol From Entering the Premises.We are a Smoke Free Facility.
Decorations are Permitted with the Exception of Birdseed, Confetti, Glitter, Rice and Like Products. Do not Pin, Tape or Affix Anything to Walls, Ceilings, or Windows. A $300 Charge will Apply for each Offence.
* Guest Assumes Complete Responsibility to Reimburse Indian Tree for All Damages to the Establishments Property Including Fixtures, Walls and Furnishing.
* If Management Deems Persons to be Objectionable, Indian Tree Reserves the Right to Remove Said Persons from the Premises.
* Indian Tree Will Not Be Responsible for Items Left Behind, Stolen, Damaged or Lost.
