Meet the Managers:

Indian Tree has been proud to be the employer of Dian Lyons for the past 11 years, where in January she took the position as Co-Manager.  Dian is a Kansas native and moved here in 1972 to pursue her education at Red Rocks Community College and University of Colorado at Denver.  With that education, she has secured a strong practical background in Finance and HR over the past 33 years.  While not working, Dian enjoys reading, water skiing, spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as trips to the beach.  She has always been an active part of her community, working extensively with Jeffco Public Schools Classroom and PTA programs, where she has moved through the ranks as Reflections Committee Chairperson, Secretary, and Co-President.  Other organizations she has volunteered with include Church sponsored youth groups, Jefferson County Public Library, Bonfils, and the Telephone Pioneers.  Dian is excited about this new position as she enjoys working with the public, especially the customers at Indian Tree.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brittany Hearing has been a part of the Indian Tree Staff for 10 years now.  She accepted the Co-Manager position at the beginning of January, but previously worked as a bartender, waitress, and banquet coordinator here while working her way through high school and college.  Brittany went to Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design with an Emphasis in Sustainable Design.  After graduating in 2009, Brittany opened 2 businesses in her spare time where she did Interior Design/Event Planning as well as started a social network for golfers.  She is excited about starting this next chapter in her life with this new role and is anxious to see what the future holds here at Indian Tree.  When not at work, you can be sure to find Brittany always doing something to keep her busy.   Whether it be working on her photography, painting, crafting, antique shopping, doing community service, or going to a concert, Brittany is sure to make the most of each day.  She is a hard worker and a great attribute to the Indian Tree family.

Every few months Indian Tree features an employee so that our clientele can get to know the Indian Tree staff a little better. This month we are featuring Katie Holmes…

Katie has worked at Indian Tree restaurant for three years. During her time here she has been part of the wait staff, bar tended, helped planning and booking banquets, and has helped to redesign the Indian Tree website. Katie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design and a minor in Sustainable Design. Katie also owns her own business called K8 Designs and actively works in the designs field on projects in the Castle Rock area. Her hobbies include snowboarding, camping, travel, painting, running and hiking.
